PELHAM HOTEL

SDW reinvents an existing historic 69-room hotel located in New Orleans to reflect the building’s origin as a grand mansion built by the French Quarter’s first performance theater owner and the famous parties he hosted in the 1800’s.  Scope including renovation of all guestrooms and suites, and new reception lobby and cocktail bar.
