THE VENTANA RESORT RESIDENCES

The Ventana Resort Residences are located in the small town of Kanab, UT. This small, yet beautiful, city is the home base to many surrounding landmarks, such as Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, and so much more. The resort will be built in multiple phases, the first phase already in the works. This resort will feature many amenities such as 4 resort pools, restaurants, an entertainment amphitheater and pickleball courts. The resort will also include some unique amenities like a luxury spa, an outdoor pursuit outfitter and a precision golf course.
